| A Bit More About Me |
 I’m a professional writer, editor and proofreader with more than 15 years of experience, much of that time spent in the health care field. While I have a heavy focus in health care, I’ve also written about a variety of other topics including branding and identity, special events, parenting, travel, civic issues, history, even caps for spray paint cans. My work ranges from newsletters and marketing materials, to magazine articles, Web content, and technical instructions for use.For seven years, I was editor for a parent newsletter at a top three nationally ranked children’s hospital, where I was involved with everything from editorial planning to photo shoots. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a double major in English and Communication. I was born and raised in Indiananpolis, Indiana, and grew up in a family of seven Indy-500-lovin’ fans. I remain a Hoosier at heart, though I currently enjoy life in Cincinnati with my husband and our son and two daughters, who help serve as inspiration for the parenting topics I write about. |
